Cancellation policy
Plans changed? Email us with a new date and time and we'll update your reservation when availability permits — free cancellation up to one hour before pickup.
Children & car seats
Per California law, children under 2 must ride in a rear-facing seat, and under 8 (or under 4'9") in a booster. Request seats free in the notes above.
Age requirement
Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless an unaccompanied-minor arrangement is booked in advance.
Pets
Service animals always welcome. Other pets are welcome on request — just let us know in your notes; a cleaning fee may apply.
